The Story

Agartha is a word of Indian origin, and according to legend, its capital was Shambala, and it is said that Tashi Lhampo Monastery was where he was born. Thousands of years ago, a group of people who survived the great catastrophes wrought by the Atlanteans first sought refuge in the high plateaus of Brazil, then settled in underground cities composed of tunnels connected to the surface, where they lived in safety.

According to Tibetan legends, these tunnels, purportedly belonging to Agartha, made it possible to travel from one end of the world to the other. The Agartha people had learned from the devastating wars of the past and chose to live in perpetual peace. Thousands of years ahead of Earth's inhabitants in science, the Agartha people discovered forms of energy unknown to us, which could be used in both flying and land-based vehicles. The Agartha Empire consisted of underground cities connected by tunnels, and through these tunnels, spacecraft-like vehicles could reach every corner of the world.

According to ancient Egyptian beliefs, a secret gate within the Pyramid of Giza led to Agartha. Through these tunnels, the pharaohs established contact with subterranean beings and benefited from the wisdom of the Agartha people in building their civilization on Earth.

Excavations in the towns of Derinkuyu and Kaymaklı in Cappadocia have unearthed underground cities and tunnel systems. These eight-story underground cities in Derinkuyu and five-story in Kaymaklı, according to legend, bear the traces of the Agartha people.

This magical region, located in the triangle of Cappadocia, Nevşehir, Niğde, and Aksaray, was named "Katpatuka" by the Persians, meaning "Land of Beautiful Horses." Perhaps it's more appropriate to call it "Land of Dreams." Over time, the Hittites, Phrygians, Romans, Byzantines, Seljuks, and Ottomans left their mark on these lands, each civilization adding its own story.

Agarta Cave Hotel, nestled in the heart of Cappadocia, embodies the spirit of these ancient lands and their legends. Named after the mysteries of the underground cities and the peaceful legend of Agartha, it offers guests not just a stay but an experience where history and legend intertwine.
